Beneath its icy surface lies a vast ocean, potentially harboring twice the amount of water as all of Earth's oceans combined.  This subsurface ocean, warmed by tidal forces from Jupiter, may also contain the essential chemical ingredients for life. The Europa Clipper mission aims to investigate the thickness of the ice shell, analyze the ocean's composition, and search for signs of geological activity, bringing us closer to answering the age-old question: Are we alone in the universe?
